Based on Alternate Cast Mode and Casting mode of abilities, certain abilities will be used when leveling them up.
Reproduction steps:
Have an ability be Instant Cast mode (like Mina's Sanguine Retreat, or Paige's Plot Armor)
Have Alternate cast mode be Press and Hold
Hold Tab (or, the "HUD detail view" keybind) and press the ability key to level up the skill
Expected outcome:
Ability levels up without being used
Actual outcome:
Ability is leveled up and then immediately used.
