Leaving still gives penalty when using console to disconnect

In games that are marked "safe to abandon" if you disconnect by typing in "disconnect" into the console, it gives you a message that you'll be penalized for abandoning a match. Rejoining the match and leaving by hitting escape and using the "leave match" button properly allows you to leave.

I haven't tested whether it actually punishes me for leaving a game by disconnecting via console (cause I'm a pussy and I want to queue with friends) but the message being displayed is enough of a cause to make a bug report.

Also causes abandon when you disconnect normally. I'm in fucking low priority cause of this shitass fucking bug.
