Lash's Grapple Ropes getting tangled

Lash's ult and 2nd ability's ropes were glitching out.
Bug starts around 20 seconds in the video. However, this clip is from March 31st.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to reproduce this bug at all since and I don't really know what led to this occuring.

Usually I play at ~80 fps, but sometimes the fps will drop to ~15 out of nowhere and will stay that way until I restart my game. This was one of the times where I continued playing after the fps dropped down to 15, and I am under the assumption that it may be related to the bug.

You have mods enabled i see. not saying it can't happen, but anything in this video could be the issue.

edit: some other tips
a.) turn off discord overlay. That will effect your gpu.
b.) you're running discord, if you are streaming or have your camera on (or if your mates have there cameras on, thats a video running in the background), That will effect your gpu.
c.) your recording, that will effect your gpu.
d.) stats on your video, and the crispness of that HP-bar tell me you are running at a high resolution (3840 x 2160), which tells me you are recording (and maybe running your game) at that that same resolution, that will really effect your gpu.
