Seems like Paige was attached to my model still, as if I was still dragging him downwards with Ground Strike, but I was freely moving and it put him into the ground until he got freed (by my heavy punch? or after X time? Not sure). I asked the Paige in chat what just happened and seemed they didn't have any control of their character either.
