Normally when you get cursed you just sorta stay in drift down in the air. The enemy didn't have any items like phantom strike or anything to drag me down, and anything they did have including mo and krill ult wouldn't INSTANTLY drag me down from the ceiling height even if I was in range. One time I was ulting and one time I wasn't. Attached is the two clips and the enemy's items
Doesn't seem intended? Maybe its a bug with magic carpet (but I've used it on dozens if not over 100 lash games and haven't noticed this yet it happened twice in one game)?
