Bug still persists despite being addressed.
these 2 clips show slight variation such as slightly in height and a veil being involved but it should still do damage in this instance (the sad part is these were back to back in game)
ground strike would normally hit despite the veil and despite the slight ground distance. the pulldown is the issue.
