Large builds with scrollbar cause you to be stuck unable to swap builds

I was checking out new builds and one caused me to become stuck, unable to click the "Build Browser" button to swap out of it. The only thing I could think of that might have caused it was the fact that it had a scrollbar, so in a last-ditch effort, I tried changing my resolution settings. This got rid of the scroll bar and re-enabled the top right buttons. I attached an MP4 recording demonstrating the bug.

Maybe try playing around with the aspect ratio too?

Also having that bug, it was mindblowing why this thing happens on one specific hero, thanks for the temp solution!

Made an account literally to post this, having the same issue. Thanks for the temp fix, I was able to get back into the build browser in 3200x1800, but my native 4k and 1080p didn't work, how to mess around with a bunch of resolutions before i found one that let me out.

+1 To this as I just had it happen on copying an infernus build and making it one item too big to get a scroll bar. Appreciate adding a temp solution

I'll find a better solution for different screen resolutions

"-dev" in startup
restart the game
press "F6" and click on UI
make broken build flat
builds now will work

The scroll-wheel only breaks after I have pressed "edit" or "browse builds". Im still not able to look for new builds or continue editing the one I just made regardless

click the edit button with left mouse button + right mouse button at the same time. Should let you select it to delete the category and fix it. Just have to format the builds for one page for now.
