Some odd interaction with Shiv's slice and dice and Infernus' ultimate that trapped me in a jump animation, unable to dash or run.

An odd interaction happened during a teamfight, I attempted to slice and dice my way out of an Infernus ult and afterwards I realized I was stuck in an animation glitch. Please see the attached video (excuse the laughter, I couldn't breathe it looked so ridiculous). I was unable to dash/dodge, and I don't think the bullets I were shooting were hitting, but I was honestly so distracted with laughing that I might not have seen it.
