Lane preference gone since last update

Can't seem to find a way to prefer to lane with my quepartner anymore, is this intentional or a oversight?

I also do not see a group lane preference option seems to be hidden at the moment.

when they had it i found it would rarely work and would get in a match with my friend in the same lane maybe 1 every 10 games

I had a lot of issues with it but after awhile it just started working flawlessly.

My queuetimes are also extremely long as if I have the extra competitive setting enabled.
Is there no known console commands to flip these settings?
