stats: +1 stamina, +15% melee damage.

passive: using stamina store 1 charge to this item, maximum of 3. charge decays every 3 second of not using stamina for 8 second.

active: consume all charges, your next heavy melee attack have extra range and damage per charge used, using it at 3 charge will allows you to have more control of your heavy melee dash trajectory to the direction you are aiming (inclucing upward and downward). using this during normal heavy melee cancels the heavy melee.


damage and range per charge: 10%.
cooldown: 30
 
Interesting concept. A couple of things though.

1)Melee Charge, a 1600 item, gives +50% Heavy Melee distance as a passive. This is an active with a long Cooldown and only gives +30% distance. It gives +30% damage as well, but Melee Charge gives +25% melee damage on a MUCH shorter Cooldown that doesn't also clog up your active slots. This makes the item clock in at around the same value as another item that is half it's cost.

2.) This requires you to consume 3 stamina and doesn't really justify the extra stamina cost over similar items like K-dash or Arcane Surge. It would be better if it had a much stronger effect on the 3 stacks, but melee maneuverability is generally pretty good still. You just can't flip your mouse around and instantly do a 180.

3.) This doesn't really do anything that isn't currently in game. It's mostly just a stamina themed Melee Charge. Consider giving the item some kind of niche that will make it stand out. Maybe instead of making it an HMC active, it instead allows you to just cancel a Heavy Melee by pressing jump during a Heavy Melee and it consumes a Stamina? That would be a VERY interesting item.
