Kinetic Dash and Active Reload on Abrams + Possible solution for Kinetic Dash

Abrams cannot use Active Reload when having temporary ammo from sources like Kinetic Dash.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Trigger Kinetic Dash;
2. Still have temporary ammo from the Kinetic Dash;
3. Reload;
4. You can see a green bar ("highlighted portion") from the Active Reload for a fraction of a second before it disappears. You can still fail Active Reload by pressing reload button, so it seems like a green bar gets reduced to a very small size which improssible to hit. However, there's no sound from Active Reload when you don't press anything during reload.

This only happens with heroes that have a unique weapon reload process and/or have a varible green bar for Active Reload, so the most part of heroes don't have this issue. Other heroes can use Active Reload when still have temporary ammo.

I think the problem lies in temporary increase of clip size that Kinetic Dash does. If we take the Vampitic Burst, it gives temporary ammo without increasing clip size. So you cannot reload until you use all temporary ammo unlike with Kinetic Dash.
