Buying HVM on Kelvin causes his snowball to spawn 2 when thrown, at least visually, but it seems they both work and cause damage. This is extremely annoying to play against as it makes it basically impossible to dodge the skill, as there are 2 and you cant even see the second one that shouldnt exist so you just get hit with no counterplay.
