[Jump Pad Detection Bug] When mantle sliding onto a jump pad, there is a chance the jump pad wont work

When mantle sliding next to a jump pad, there is rng that will cause the jump pad to not launch you and instead launch you an extremely short distance instead. I've tested this again in the testing range and the bug continues to persist
