Jester swapping character - Control / Support / Debuff

This character has some similar themes with sinclair specifically with his 1st ability. but its not an ult stealer, as he's made to be more of a nuisance.


Weapon : 4 shot burst fire pistol, one medium damage high velocity and accuracy shot followed by 3 lower damage, velocity, and accuracy shots.


Ability 1 : Yoink!
Target an enemy in 16m with a 2s channel that needs LoS, once complete, swap this ability with their 1st ability for up to 6 seconds, they will receive this ability with a 3s cooldown, but it can only target you to steal it back, once the duration ends abilities will automatically swap back.
Stolen abilities will benefit from YOUR items and stats.
If cleansed, they will regain use of their 1st ability but you will also retain use of it for the remainder of the duration.

29s cooldown.

(1AP) : Upgrade the ability, -0.5s channel for you
(2AP) : Upgrade the ability, -7s cooldown, +1s cooldown for enemies
(5AP) : Upgrade the ability,+4s max duration




Ability 2 : Substitute
Cast on self or an ally in 26m to grant 2s of complete invisibility and +5m/s movement speed, and placing an explosive clone that continues in the direction they were moving, once within 2m of an enemy they will explode after 0.8s in a 6m radius for 90 (spirit scaling) damage

24s cooldown

(1AP) : +0.5s duration
(2AP) : Decoy will run towards the nearest player enemy in 10m while arming, and gains +1m explosion radius.
(5AP) : Target gains invincibility for the first 1/3 of the duration, and is cleansed of non-ultimate status effects on cast.




Ability 3 : Bondmaker
(Passive)
When damaged by an enemy they build up 'frenemies' on themself, which fills up once they deal 40% of your maximum health as damage, lasts 12 seconds, and is refreshed from more damage, once filled, the active becomes available to use.

When giving or receiving healing or barrier from an ally, form a 'friend' bond with them, which fills up once equal to 30% of their maximum health is healed, lasts 16 seconds, and is refreshed from more healing, once filled, the active becomes available to use.

(Active)
Flow your spirit into all your formed bonds for 6s, causing debuffs you receive to be distributed to frenemies if you have them formed, and sapping 35% of barrier & healing they receive, but breaking the bonds afterward.
Friends will receive healing and barrier relative to who is lowest health from the sapped amount, and their debuffs will also be transferred to frenemies.
For the duration you and frenemies will deal 15% bonus damage to each other, while you and friends will deal 20% bonus healing to each other.

38s cooldown

(1AP) : +3s frenemies and friends duration.
(2AP) : Your gun now heals allies for 10% (spirit scaling) of your gun damage
(5AP) : Whenever a frenemies bonk breaks, they will receive 70 (spirit scaling damage), while broken friend bonds heal allies 2/3 that much.




Ability 4 : Surprise party
After a 2s cast, silently go into stealth outside 14m for up to 8s, wherever you emerge from stealth a surprise party will occur in 16m, resetting cooldown of your 3rd ability active, and instantly forming the according bonds to enemies and allies, if enemies were frenemies before being hit, they will be stunned for 1.5s from shock, and already friends will receive 200 (spirit scaling) healing

140s cooldown

(1AP) : +3m/s movement speed while invisible and +3s invisibility duration.
(2AP) : -22s cooldown.
(5AP) : +4m radius and will activate a second time after 3s
