This character would be frost-themed as Ymir is a Norse frost giant, with a icicle shotgun spread gun.

Ability 1 : Ice hammer
Slam downwards with an ice hammer dealing 50 (melee scaling) damage in a 6m area, then the area pulses twice in an 8m area, once a second, dealing 30 (spirit scaling) damage and slowing by 25%. The Initial slam triggers light melee effects.
27s cooldown

(1AP) : -6s cooldown
(2AP) : +20% lifesteal and 1m pulse radius.
(5AP) : +2 pulses and pulses now reduce enemies melee resistance by 25% for 4s.


Ability 2 : Idol of Ymir
Cause an idol to emerge over 1s on the targeted location for 5s, slowing enemies in 12m by 30%, and slowing their parry cooldown by 100%, if you or an ally heavy melee the idol, release a 12m ice pulse dealing 50(spirit scaling) damage. Light melees cause a 6m ice pulse for 30(spirit scaling) damage.
30s cooldown

(1AP) : +2s idol duration
(2AP) : Allies hard cc'd from any effect in the radius of the Idol will receive 100 (spirit scaling) barrier with a 10s cooldown for each player.
(5AP) : heavy melee pulses now inflict an additional frostbitten stack and increase the cooldown of parry by 1.5s if it is on cooldown.


Ability 3 : Frostspark
(passive) dealing damage with your other abilities inflicts 1 stack of frostbitten, which lasts 15 seconds, and your heavy melees inflict 2 stacks, when an enemy reaches 8 stacks of frostbitten, inflict frostspark for 12 seconds which cannot be cleansed, and causes the next heavy attack they receive to punch through their parry, deal 60 (spirit scaling) damage, and instead stun the target for 1s. Target is immune to frostbitten for 4s after suffering frostspark.

(1AP) : +6s frostspark duration
(2AP) : Your gun can now build-up frostbitten on enemies with enough shots. 3s cooldown.
(5AP) : frostspark detonation now deals its damage in a 7m area around the target and inflicts 1 frostbitten stack to other enemies, as well as triggering the Idol of Ymir's heavy pulse.


Ability 4 : Skin of the frost giant
Targeted player or self is enhanced with the power of Ymir, granting 300 (spirit scaling) barrier for up to 10 seconds, during the barrier, the target gains +50% melee damage (spirit scaling), +30% character size, and will not be stunned by parries, as well as dealing 40% damage through parries.
130s cooldown.

(1AP) : -10s cooldown & +2s duration
(2AP) : barrier health +20% of targets max health.
(5AP) : Target will now trigger frostbitten stacks on melee, if you are the target instead inflict double the frostbitten stacks on direct melees.
