Ivy tether isn't removing shooting ms penalty and arcane surge not working on stone form

when im connected to an ally it works fine but when im alone and shoot i still get the move speed penalty from shooting, also arcane surge doesnt work on stone form, halfway through cast when ivy is in the air, arcane surge cuts off, u can see the range get smaller and the duration and spirit buff go away
