Item that reduces channel time

There should be an Item that reduces by a bit Victor or Wardens ult. I think a channel reduction item that is the only reduction to channeling with a 35% reduction. Also items like the egg can be affected by this though it would only be useful if someone is super super fed in souls and wants to buy eggs as fast as they can. This might sound broken but lets say Victor’s ult might hit more often but you sacrificed buying a damage item or a tank item so you have less potential of doing something with the stun. Its still nice.

Just thinking about warden and victor ults? Power Slash and Flawless Advance hit faster, Rabbit Hex, Captivating Read, Radiant Daggers, and Essence Bomb become even harder to dodge, Goo Punch becomes unreactable, Affliction, Telekenesis, Rallying Charge and Spirit Lasso become almost impossible to counterspell.

Depending on the implementation Hotel Guest and Binding Word might become inescapable even with stamina without warp stone or a movement ability.

It'd definitely be interesting but it'd need to be tuned a lot and abilities might need to be changed
