Item Synergy effects!

This idea isn't one that I think is new, but it is one that I think would be really cool.

I'd like to see different Item passive effects actively gain improved passive effects for having them at the same time!

The following is a list of some Ideas for possible combinations:

Rebuttal + Counterspell: When you successfully counterspell an effect, you instead deal the damage and effect back on the caster

Active Reload + Spellslinger: Successfully triggering Active Reload also grants a stack of Spellslinger. The range that Active Reload can be triggered is increased based on the number of Spellslinger stacks you have. The Active Reload effect now always persists for it's full duration and does not end after reloading.

Enchanter's Emblem + Battle Vest: The Passive bonuses for both of these effects also activate when you have less than 35% Health

Disarming Hex + Silence Wave: Disarming Hex and Silence Wave refresh each other's effects.

Backstabber + Veil Walker: Killing a Hero while Backstabber is Active on them will activate the Veil Walker effect.

Spirit Resilience + Bullet Resilience: the Passive effects of these items now trigger at 50% or less HP.

If anyone has other ideas for items, I'm open to ideas! Part of the purpose of this is to make some good item pairings that can make otherwise underwhelming items much more useful.

Also, it's just cool to have items interact with each other and not just be standalone things!
 
Providing item synergies also hurts build craft and adds needless complexity to the game, especially if you have to read through abilities, items and synergizes, to figure out why you were silenced for so long (for example).

The idea is that items that otherwise might be overly situational or generally weaker can be augmented by having a synergy with another item. The synergy can be pretty easily indicated on the item box and Item card in the shop (A simple symbol could indicated that the item has synergy with another item).

Also, synergy like this already exists between items in game, just that they are naturally occurring (prime example; Tesla Rounds + ANY of the many effects that trigger on dealing Spirit damage or Ricochet + Any of the on shooting a target effects).

This idea is to add effects that might not naturally occur but could be used to create interesting builds and options for items that normally just wouldn't see much play.

I don't think it would add any significant degree of complexity that doesn't already exist in the item system. It could even be used to help point out other more naturally occurring synergies (For instance, certain Item cards could glow a special color with other item cards you already own, indicating items that do have such synergy, natural or otherwise).
