After a brief cast time, construct an effigy the floats above the head of the target with 300HP. Anytime any NPC dies with 40 meters of the effigy, one allied effigy bearer (at random) gains 50 spirit barrier - Structure NPCs grant 250 spirit barrier instead. Max barrier capacity = half the max HP of bearer. Duration extends by 5 seconds every Creep instance and 10 seconds every Structure instance.
Made based on the idea of slurping up creep souls to become temporarily stronger. Would be useful for defense and side pushing when they transition to a full teamfight after the push or after the loss of a guardian/walker. No idea what the secondary stats would be, probably a green item but I can see it being purple as well. Also I kinda want to add a clause for in case the bearer dies but the item has enough words already.
