When activated, the itemholder transfers their health to a target friendly hero at a rate of 100 points/second.

This item is not cancellable and will activate regardless of range, and will persist until the target hero's health is full, or the itemholder's health is fully depleted and dies.

In case the itemholder dies, the time to revive will be in a fixed 60 seconds regardless of game phase in order to prevent this item from being abused.

In case the itemholder lives, there will be a 60 second cooldown before the item can be activated again.

Use Case: Intended to support carries to achieve objectives or as a last resort
