An upgrade to Reactive Barrier which is meant to help you against chain stuns. It doesnt give you unstoppable, so its possible to be removed with Capacitor.

It could even have an upgrade that has an active that buffs the familiar.

Also like McG turrets, enemies can eat him with Cultists Sacrifice.
 
This item is meant as an counter to support builds. It stops things like Rescue Beam, Cube and Quantum Entanglement from working.

As a Holliday main this item would be welcome since Rescue Beam doesn't have any counterplay.

How this would interact with Divine Barrier is open for debate, but since DB is T4 it should probably win over Black Spot.

Or Black Spot should be bumped into a T4.

This gives you shield and full immunity to CC when someone tries to CC you? This means you have an unstoppable on emergency without having to worry about when to strategically use it for a 3.2k value. It will make ults like Dynamo, MnK, Holliday, and Viper useless. I think the immunity part should be adjusted to slow/debuff resist.

Wrong, it gives unstoppable after you get stunned (when the stun ends), so it doesn't stop the first stun, only the second one.

This item is a bit weird, (potentially op, but sue me), so I'll expand upon it a bit more.

If you have 3 stacks, and an abilitiy that is has 6s left on its cooldown, attempting to cast it will consume 2 stacks, and cast the abilitiy.

I did it this way because I hate that Witch Mail is random, and randomness is literally the devil. I also thought about making it reduce the cooldown of the previously casted abilitiy, but depending on what that abilitiy is it could very well be useless. I also thought having it reduce the cooldown of an imbued abilitiy, which I like more.

But I setteled for this, which is combines the best out of the three options, by letting the user decide when and for what abilitiy to use the stacks.

This item should let users to use their escape abilities more aggresively assuming they can secure a kill. It's a bit strong for 1600 item, but too imo not strong enough for a T3 item. There also aren't that many T2 spirit items.
 
What if Dynamo will imbue his ult with that? Maybe you meant that abilities should be movement-based?

It was supposed to only apply to non-ultimate abilities but I forgot to add that in.

Making it apply to movement abilities only could also work, and probably be more balanced.

Edit: Calicos ult is technically a movement ability, so maybe non-ultimate movement abilities only.

What if ability have charges, like Lash's 2? It will restore one charge or all?
 
This is an interesting idea.

I didn't understand the first part. Do souls still become secured, just by 1% per second or you gain additional souls based on amount, that you are already have?

Also gained spirit power is too much for so small amount of souls. For 1.5k of souls, player is able to gain 75 spirit power.

Normally around 1% of unsecured souls are converted into secured souls. This item would stop that and instead of converting unsecured souls into secured ones, this item just gives you passive souls based on how much unsecured souls you have.

So at 1500 unsecured souls, you'd get passive 1500 * 0.01 = 15 secured souls per second, or 15 * 60 = 900 souls per minute, which now that I type out loud sounds kind of insane (for reference, Trophy Collector at 16 stacks is 25 * 16 = 400 souls per minute, maybe it should be 35-50% every minute?). The amount of unsecured souls doesn't decrease.

Also the spirit power should probably be +3 instead.
