Increases Arc size of abilities
also increases radius size of abilities but does not stack with Greater Expansion?
passively also provides spirit or some other passive effect to do with arcs.
example: abilities that utilize the arc and sector will decrease enemies' spirit resist.
(probably op on holliday which letst her potentially lasso from behind her if it doesn't already)
also very cool new Indomitable item.
