Since like almost 6 months of playing and I never was on the Sapphire flame side eve. Always Amber hand side, like hundreds of hours and never on Sapphire flame.
Is it normal that I am never in Sapphire flame? Matchmaking issue.

What do you want me to do? Add you or give a screen shot of all my matches one by one?
Because that's a long list, very long.
And I don't know what to add as details?
I was never on Sapphire flame for a very long time. Go to standard match up, not checking the so called "try hard" checkbox like everyone else. And that's it
But I guess since it's the internet I'll be happy to oblige, luike freaking uuuughhhh
So your honour, to prove my point in the court of the internet I present you my last 5 matches. And you can check that the dates and also the replay data to prove my point. I will definitely respectfully not bother to printscreen all of my matches since I will repeat again that I was always on the Amber hand side. And I do not want to bother for some internet points. Thank you your honour.

why do you post a question on the internet then get upset when asked for proof? you are being condescending for no reason.
That being said,
You can prove this by going to tracklock, logging in, find where it shows your win rates based on sides and show that you do in fact have 0 saphire games. As you see here, I have a higher number of amber hand games. I also have a higher win rate on amber hand. But, this is close enough to 50% with a standard deviation of +/- 5.

One I don't have a tracklock account, I do not want to bother.
Two I just report something that is happening to me and was genuine about it. I found the situation funny but also super weird and hoping that Valve could look into it, because I wish to play on both side of the map.
And again I do not have a tracklock stuff which means taking a printscreen of 200 hundreds of hours of gameplay which I am so freaking sorry that I was kinda pissed off about it just to prove my point.
Like, wouldn't you be a little be annoyed if someone just say that what you are experiencing are maybe not true even tho you are experiencing it? And that you have to waste a lot of time to prove it? Like seriously? But I guess I am the weird one.
that's how bugreporting works, my friend: you report a (potential) bug, and you attach either way to reproduce it, and/or proof with screenshot/video.
for your case it's much simple: log in to tracklogg info to see your team distribution. it takes 1min to log in and see the data: that's all.

tracklock is based on steam. Literally all you do is log into your steam account on the tracklock webpage.
And people saying that what you are experiencing might be a false flag due to anecdotal evidence is something that happens all dya every day in all context.
Not just in bug reporting.
Aside from that, dont you think that Valve might also need some proof so they have some sort of base to start their investigation beyond "I told them"

Not that I mind at all, because I think the Sapphire Flame announcer voice is a lot better and more dramatic. They have only ONE SHRINE LEFT!

i didnt calculate mine (also ai is great calculator lol) but visually it looks like 50/50 with standard deviation statistically.
In lemans though I have a lot more amber hand as well at first glance.

You know what, I believe you OP. Because I actually had this same bug happen to me in a different game, Gigantic: Rampage Edition. And I wasn't the only one with the issue in that game. It wasn't a 100% thing, more like 90%-95%, but still. Never did get to the bottom of why it was happening, that game was a buggy mess with virtually no active development.
Also, it's not on you to prove to the community anything. I'm sure Valve can look at your user data and see for themselves if you provide your steam id.

almost same thing for me, but 36% for amber hand and 64% for sapphire flame
