As much as I agree that people being rude to developers is unhelpful and unacceptable behavior, I'm not sure why you're acting like they're working on the game for free, they're getting paid to do their jobs lol. Yes, people are getting the playtest for free, so what? The game will almost certainly be free with cosmetics to purchase like CS2, Dota 2, etc. It's expected that if people are going to help contribute data by participating in a playtest, gamebreaking bugs will be patched so they're able to actually play. I don't think anybody asking for this to be fixed is saying that it needs to be fixed + the devs need to rush all of the new content at the same time. As far as I know they do lots of small hotfixes without notice (those small unannounced updates?), so I'm not sure what's been the holdup for this bug. Maybe it's proving difficult to deal with, but I'm still of the opinion that any gamebreaking bugs should be a top priority to hotfix so people can, you know, continue playtesting the game. It doesn't help that we don't know if they're aware of the issue in the first place, so it makes sense to continue talking about it until we at least have confirmation that it's being dealt with.
