also works on wraith card upgrade that gives charges and seven ball seems any upgrade that gives charges this is a big issue. infinite turret mcginnis is apparently a thing too holy fk

Just had this in my game, can we just start mass reporting this shit. Team was so fucking stupid they blamed me for losing to this guy btw. 2 players in the entire lobby managed to correctly identify the bug abusing asshole, 1 guy fucking laned into this freak and couldn't identify the abuse despite them A. admitting it, and B. having a 1 lightning strike our head every second in lane. Admitted to also having a Eternus 6 account doing this too in game, get this fucker banned ASAP. The other one said I had a lack of accountability, went to his lane, died to 5 lightning strikes in a row and then still said he definitely wasn't cheating.

Holy shit, one thing to have a bug/cheat abuser on enemy team, another thing to have ur entire team against you for some reason. Really worried than even in phantom tier games people do not have a basic understanding of how victors kit even works....

If its not being hotfixed immediately, idk what is. Holliday barrel bug was broken sure, but not even half as bad as this and that was patched IMMEDIATELY.

Yep. Still happening. Nearly every game that has a Victor in it. They keep abusing it. I do not understand how the community can say "This patch is horrible" and they still dont revert or at least adjust it ASAP. Again, you have a game breaking bug being abused RIGHT NOW in high Ascendant lobbies, I dont wanna know how bad it is in lower ranks.

I imagine there is a serious amount of abilities in this game that this works on, maybe even every charged ability just particularly bad on pain battery because it is 1 second cooldown due to the cooldown effectively being his health pool - when abilities go to rank 0 they get reset to default properies and its like this for every charged ability.

So graves needs to slowly build up charges for skulls, but she starts the game with 2 charges so once you reset it to rank 0 it refills both charges of her skulls.

Viscous, seemingly just resets the entire cooldown from getting the extra charge - could potentially have infinite displacement with 50 damage on lane.

McGinnis turrets.

Seven and wraith projectiles, celeste 3 spam

Shiv knife, just level and unlevel to get more charges on demand.

I can't test it because theres no option to disable the AP points or anything, but this likely all applies unless for some reason victor 1 is special cased to be the only spell in the game that allows you to refund it after hitting the target - not sure how it works tbh because i never misclick my abilities in combat.

Just confirmed right now, found out via this video.

It is weird, because, it confuses gaining your ability, to going from 1 upgrade to no upgrade. It should be when gain your ability, you get a free shock, not when it's at 0 upgrades.

Like some sort of variable of "justLevelled = bool"? when it's false, give what it should at start. When it's true, then don't give what it should. There may be a reason why this coding suggestion may not be applicable (complex design patterns and all), but it's worth mentioning.

Still works, not sure how this hasn't been emergency hotfixed yet. He just puts a point in, removes it, uses the ability, and repeats. Can absolutely abuse the hell out of it in laning phase.

Yeah so how much longer are we gonna need to wait till its fixed? I dont get it, is Valve taking a vacation? In the past if we had a bug that makes people win for free we'd see it fixed in the manner of days maybe hours. This is genuienly upsetting now.
You are not entilted for a fix. They are essentially working on this with no guarantee this project would succeed.

God some of you players make me sick with your entilted ignorant attitudes. You are aware they work on things in another experimental build, with players on NDA, right? You heard about leaks they are adding a new objective and mid boss cosmetic change, right? You are aware they are working on getting this soon to open beta, right? Have you seen the amount of posts being made, the comments, etc?

We are invited to playtest. For free. And to suggest. Not to make demands. We didn't pay for anything.

As much as I agree that people being rude to developers is unhelpful and unacceptable behavior, I'm not sure why you're acting like they're working on the game for free, they're getting paid to do their jobs lol. Yes, people are getting the playtest for free, so what? The game will almost certainly be free with cosmetics to purchase like CS2, Dota 2, etc. It's expected that if people are going to help contribute data by participating in a playtest, gamebreaking bugs will be patched so they're able to actually play. I don't think anybody asking for this to be fixed is saying that it needs to be fixed + the devs need to rush all of the new content at the same time. As far as I know they do lots of small hotfixes without notice (those small unannounced updates?), so I'm not sure what's been the holdup for this bug. Maybe it's proving difficult to deal with, but I'm still of the opinion that any gamebreaking bugs should be a top priority to hotfix so people can, you know, continue playtesting the game. It doesn't help that we don't know if they're aware of the issue in the first place, so it makes sense to continue talking about it until we at least have confirmation that it's being dealt with.

I never said they were working for free, but they are working on a project that won't succeed for sure. Am I wrong? We aren't paying them anything - so there is no entiltement for them to perform. Expectation? Yes. But not entiltedment. Big difference.

It's the entiltement that's the problem, not the fact that they should (which, they should). There is expectation, but we are not entilted. They do have quite a bit on their plate, so patience and understanding goes a long way.

I understand people being frustrated or confused. Another thing is thinking you have the right, or that it's going to be easy and readily for them to fix on the dot. It's absurd.
