Also applies to victor's pain battery. I am worried posting this might spread awareness of it so please fix this bug as it is HIGHLY abusable such as infinite mcginnis turrets in lane.
EDIT: Just tested in bot match this only applies to victor, this bug does NOT work with charged abilities. Using ability apparently closes the window to sell ability upgrade(thank god)
