Unable to download the replay to get the timestamp, but at some point I died during a bebop hook. This put my character in an infinite "hooked" state where I could not dash jump and my character was stuck in the hooked animation. Dying again did not reset this, and neither did watching death replay. This effectively lost me the game since I could no longer be as mobile as I normally could.
