Bebop Hook Grappling Hook

Allow bebop to hook to walls to accelerate his momentum like a grappling hook. I think this could be balanced because the engage and the escape abilities would be the same cool down however if further changes are needed you could increase the cool down or decrease the range to make bebop a get in get out engage character. If a full rework is required for this change you could move more power away from the bomb to add power to the hook or make the bomb be a flat dmg increase and move more dmg into hitting your hook so that the movement trade off is larger.
 
Respectfully: Bebop already has one of the strongest repositioning-enemy abilities in the game; what you're proposing will give it dual utility as a mobility tool rivalling Sanguine Retreat with greater speed and range, but without I-frames.
