I am talking about the passive stat, not "unstoppable" or "debuff remover".
I did some quick testing with similar effects, here are my findings:
- Item buildup effects work correctly, with their refresh timer getting shortened. Initial buildup speed remains the same.
- Slowing bullets doesn't have an icon for the refresh on hit window, only the initial buildup.
- Mina, Graves and Infernus's passives don't seem to be affected by debuff reduction in any way that I can tell.
- Mirage and Haze's passives work as expected, their refresh timers just become shorter.
- It affects Viper's venom...by shortening how long venom pop takes. Is that how it should work? Technically that means the healing reduction lasts for a shorter time, on the other hand it gives you less time to find a way to save yourself, should you be in kill range. It's the only case I can think of where the debuff resistance can have negative consequences, even if it's niche.
