As seen in video attached, if an Infernus with refresher + lightning scroll ults, hits someone (proccing lightning scroll), and ults again before the first lightning scroll hits, the first lightning scroll will completely disappear and not stun them.
Essentially, this makes it to where if you want the first ult to activate lightning scroll, you have to wait for it to actually go off, then ult again, whereas other heroes can stack the lightning scrolls or even ult again during the first lightning scroll.
Why this matters? I won the game, but I was messing with refresher+scroll in a game, and was using the first scroll to chain into the second ult; but whenever I would activate the second ultimate in order to line up with the first ult's lightning stun, the stun would disappear, making it not chain up as well as it should.
When I spin the camera is when the bug appears; the first scroll just, disappears entirely. this ONLY happens on infernus as far as I know.
