Indomitable Proposed Rework

Indomitable is a pretty sick looking item, and the name is raw AF. But I don't think the item gets across the feeling of being 'Indomitable' enough. I have no complaints about the item as it is now, I just think given the name it could be a lot cooler.

I propose the CDR on proc to be removed. Instead, once you get the barrier, you are immune to all debuffs for as long as the barrier is active. In addition to this, the item could only proc below a certain percentage of hp.

There's easy counterplay to this, just raw damage. There is also now a clear and consistent reason to pick it vs certain characters who rely on debuffs for burst damage.

This would invalidate the purpose of Unstoppable.

As the items are now, they're already competing. I should have clarified I was intending non stun/movement related debuffs for the barrier to be immune to.
the items overlap in some areas, but they serve different purposes. Indomitable is a passive "don't get put in a cc chain" item, meant to stop pick heroes and stopping cc combos' while unstoppable is an active item, meant to make sure they wont stop your big play, like ult, or a carry that gets targeted consistently.
which is why it cant work only below a certain hp threshold, because this item is meant to stop ability combos and getting picked before the cc chain starts.
 
i also get the feeling that reactive barrier was gutted in order to build into this new item
now reactive barrier isnt a good standalone item
if that was something you used to buy situationally, but you have no interest in upgrading to the 4800 item, this change essentially amounts to devs deleting this very useful 1600 item from the store
it should build from something else if they had to take away eveything that was good about it and nerf it this much
