Incorrect hero name displayed in ability tooltip while spectating

Preconditions

• Launch the game
• Join and load into a match

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter the hero spectating mode (for example, after your hero dies).
2. Start spectating another hero.
3. Hover the cursor over any ability icon of the hero you are spectating.

Actual Result
The ability tooltip displays the name of the hero the player is playing, instead of the hero currently being spectated.

Expected Result
The ability tooltip displays the name of the hero that is currently being spectated.
