Idea for new Item: "Health pocket"

+100 bonus health
+50 bullet shield
Active (30 sec cool down):
Every time when character being healed over his max hp by any ability/item (not passive regen) he absorbs all healing for 5 seconds and saves it over characters max hp.
What do you think about this?
 
So the way prices work, for future reference, is that there's the 4 price ranges of 500, 1250, 3000, and 6200. If something costs more than one of those prices but less than the next it's because it has a component, in which case the lesser price is stacked onto the price. So 500, 1250, 1750, 3000, 3500, 4250, 4750, 6200, 6700, 7450, 7950, 9200, 9700, and 10950 are the only possible pieces. If this costs 1750 then it means there is a 500 cost item that is its component, and it costs 1250 on its own.
