i think my acc is buged

1. i think i have an issue with my dead lock account it seems that i cant rank up no matter what many games i play am still stuck in my initiate 1 , and no its not cuz of my kda or something i have like a 30 hours with the game so i am kinda new do i have to do something or my acc is buged

I actually just came here to ask the same thing. For awhile I just thought I sucked but I've played about 60 games now, I have a couple heroes that I go positive every game, I'm in the top souls every game. I know I'm not good at the game but I'm not Initiate 1 lol my name is Crash117

I'm having the same issue. I've got over 70 hours now, I queue with friends in Emissary and I perform well in my matches. I've been winning a lot recently, but my rank has not moved at all, while theirs goes up every win. Have the devs said anything about this?

My match quality playing solo is horrendous, which is a real bummer.

EDIT: I finally ranked up to Initiate 2. My friend with a 37% WR ranked up 5 times in our session tonight up to Seeker, so I don't think WR is the sole deciding factor. I tend to have high damage and healing in my games, I also have good KDA in a good amount of my games. Could just be he's an outlier, but still.

I think the issue is that in the last 75 games you have won, you have only won 38 games. That would put you only net positive +1 game in all those matches. I and a bunch of other people I know that play this game have tracked it and its pretty consistent that you will either rank up or down on a +4/4 win/loss. You need a much more net positive win/loss in order to rank up. Out of the 80 total games you've only won 41 times, which puts you at a +2 net positive win/loss and only 51% win rate. Cant expect to climb with a just barely 51% win/rate unfortunately.

I have 667hrs and am currently on a break for the same reason, match quality is almost always awful I'm initate I but I only seem to get paired with homer simpsons all in a random pick up group and get to face off again premade teams of 6 usually who are all smurfs who like to bash on new players. Maybe I am just trash but I do get the occasional win and its usually in the higher ranked games where I don't find myself being the only person to defend objectives rather then lemming into a meaningless fight in mid where the enemy team continously feeds on my teammates till they are fat enough to steamroll and rofl stomp us. I'll put some pics at the bottom for anyone interested.
