So I have a ryzen 7 5700x and a rtx 3070. The game run really unstably in whatever settings with low gpu usage and framerates that go from 240 to 150 in a literal second.
I was messing around with bios settings and disabled hyper threading
from 200 fps I went up to 300 and gpu usage is normal now at 90-100%.( not gameplay fps, but what i am saying is there is a noticeble improvement. )
If you experience unstable fps give it a try if you have enough cores.
I hope that will not exist in the future.
