Holliday - Crackshot Rework

Crackshot is the hole in Holliday's kit. It's good in lane but the later the game gets, the harder it is to reliably hit consecutive headshots enough to make a difference. This ability is not useful for 99% of the players in this game. Make Crackshot a hitscan and aim intensive ability that fits into her aerial kit.

When you cast it, you fall at a rate similar to Power Slash or float like Death Slam. During a 2 or 3 second time period you designate shots on enemies. Wherever you click on the hero a red X appears (see image). After designating 6 shots or when time runs out, Holliday rapidly fires all 6 shots applying some sort of debuff and doing damage and then reloads almost instantly. After reloading she regains her air speed in whichever direction she is looking (like Majestic Leap recast but maybe you can only turn so many degrees from your original vector?).

This ability has hitscan target designation but also a time frame that enemy heroes can use to take cover. Being a hitscan ability, it gives aim-centric players the chance to shine without giving her a hitscan weapon. It also fits perfectly into Holliday's aim intensive and aerial maneuverability centered kit. Upgrades could be skill intensive. Examples:

T1 - Landing every Crackshot increases Crackshot debuff duration
T2 - Landing 2 Crackshot Headshots on the same enemy pulls them to ground
T3 - Landing Crackshot Headshots increases Crackshot scaling. Headshots on 3+ different enemy Heroes stuns them briefly
