Holiday Bounce Pad Glitching Off Any Type Of Ledge

Was messing around in the "Explore NYC" mode and noticed this glitch/bug where you can place a jump pad in the air when standing on any kind of ledge. It's probably already a know issue but thought I'd still mention it.
