HOLIDAY Barrel & Bounce pad ABILITY BUG!

For some reason, Holiday's bounce pad and barrels just stop coming out. Like on the UI it says I press the button but nothing is produced. This happens often and I just had it happen 5 times in one game(Here's that match 39387934), I had to disconnect and reconnect every time. It makes the character almost unplayable. I have no Idea why or how it happens but it does.
