Matchmaking problems

Me and my buddy were queued up for a game. We find a match but it sends me back to the lobby with a reconnect or abandon option, my buddy was in the pre game lobby just fine. I try to click reconnect multiple times and it would return me to the hideout. I then closed and re-opened the game where it said to reconnect to the match. When I clicked the button it then sent me to the pre-hideout main screen. When I got back to the hideout it no longer let me try to reconnect. My buddy said the lobby was 9/12 and had 20 seconds left. The lobby closed and when we tried to re-queue it said I had a 15 minute ban from playing. I assume 2 others had the same problems with the 9/12 people. I have been seeing lobbies not get filled and close often lately and this is likely the cause for at least some of them.

Yep. Me and my party get into a game, but one of us gets kicked back to the hideout to view the previous game's post-match screen. We get an option to reconnect, but it just does the same thing.
It happened 3 times between all of us last session. It's really inconvenient, especially when it results in a matchmaking penalty.
