Hero Specific Keybinds issue with ability quickcast mode

Will start stating I only tested for Vyper, as it is the only character I use that has this type of ability. But basically in the keybinds menu she has a specific box for her quickcast ability, and that box in particular seems to be the issue. That config wont save after a game restart. When using Global keybinds, that box doesn't exist, so I assume that might give a hint at what the source of this code issue. And I know that only that box is the issue since every other keybind I changed saves after restart.
