Assigning secondary keybind to abilities or items resets ability quickcast options

Using hero specific hotkeys, assigning a secondary keybind to any action under the "Ability Keybinds" or "Item Keybinds" sections will cause all ability quickcast options to be reset to ability default after the game is restarted. This does not affect the item quickcast option.
