This is an idea I've had for a hero for a while. I don't have much for him, so feel free to comment to expand on him some.
Backstory:
Bulliver is a Blemmy. A mythical creature in which they have the body of a human, but no head, and their face is on their chest. (Just like my other hero, Cid, I recommend looking into Blemmys too)
The Blemmys in the deadlock universe are a peaceful race, living in remote areas in the world. They live quietly and on their own away from human intervention, but rumors spread. The humans believe they're cannibals and violent creatures, which led them to be almost hunted down till extinction. Bulliver, one of the leaders of a tribe in the Northern Rockies, is desperate to keep his people safe. He treks to New York, seeking help from the patrons to protect his people.
(I don't have any ideas of abilities for him sadly)
Character Design:
Bulliver dawns a disguise to appear human, wearing a brown coat with his face sticking out the middle. He wears some black slacks and black shoes to go along with it. I was thinking of a fedora too that just sits on top of him for a little extra charm.
For his weapon, I was thinking he'd have a small one handed machine gun in his right and a shield dawning the crest of his people in his left hand.
Bulliver is very polite and stoic. He can be quite reserved when talking about his kind to the main cast, but overall he generally tries to be kind and soft spoken when he can.
That's really about it. Sorry for it being so short. I'm mainly going to focus on my first four hero concepts, which I will be updating the art for them in the future. Go check them out. I really like them
