I've had something of a burnout(and a Headache today) while making this, but, despite all that, I've managed to get this done eventually!
I've added my Personal commentaries in Red Text as we go.
And so, with all that, Let's get on with this Hero:
Oscuro, the Leader of the Doomsday Cult 'Disciples of the One'!
Oscuro is capable of causing insurmountable destruction upon his foes, thanks to the powers given to him by his master, the Dark God, Zor'Nath.

Lore:
'Disciples of the One' were a Large Doomsday Cult dedicated to the Worship of the Dark god, Known to them as 'Zor'Nath'.
This vast group of believers were led by the Enigmatic, Powerful figure known only by his name, Oscuro. Already imbued by the dark powers granted to him by his Master, his position as their Prophet and Leader was unquestionable.
He led the Cult for a number of years, sacrificing many of their victims for rituals. Each ritual would be a step closer to bringing their God to this world, and in doing so, to bring about the 'cleansing' upon the Earth, so that a 'New Eden', as they called it, would arise from the Ashes of the Earth. To outsiders, this would mean the End of the World.
But, as they were about to sacrifice the Last of their 30 victims for their foul Deity, their plans were utterly thwarted by the sudden arrival of OSIC agents, as they raided their temple. In the fight that ensued, all of the Disciples were either Apprehended or Killed, However, only Oscuro himself has managed to escape.
Now, Oscuro has spent years being on the run, Not helped by the fact that he had been placed at the Top five Most Wanted List by the OSIC, He has been evading capture, guided by the voice of Zor'Nath himself.
Now, with the arrival of the Patrons imminent, Zor'Nath senses the Opportunity. He instructed Oscuro, his chosen one, to seek out the Patrons, and coerce them into freeing him from his Prison, so that he may finally lay claim to Earth itself, and bring about the Apocalypse...
Personal Commentary: Good lord, I had such a hard time coming up with a proper lore for this one! It was pretty exhausting, mentally. Anyway, I explored the idea of Gods and Deities, other than Patrons, existing in Deadlock, so here we have a Dark God named Zor'Nath, to which this Hero's Cult worships.
Personal Commentary:
Main weapon is essentially a Mauser M712. His sacrificial Dagger, however, is used for his Melee attacks. I initially wanted a 4-round burst weapon, but, couldn't come up with any, so I then chose a Rapid fire weapon instead. I also intended at some point to have the main weapon to be bolts of magic coming from Oscuro's hands.
Personal Commentary: Fragile, Low Stamina, but Fast moving.
Personal Commentary: One of your two main tools. At first, the 3rd Upgrade would apply slow to everyone around the impact, instead of just the first hit target, but I changed it to Immobilizing the first hit target instead. I figure the 0.75s doesn't sound too bad, but I did consider letting it be at 0.5s at some point.
Personal Commentary: Your escape tool, kinda. Had been through some brainstorming with almost everything about this Ability. Kind of had a hard time with this one, though.
Personal Commentary: Another of your important tools, and what I would consider a follow up, after using the 1st ability. Who doesn't love a big Pillar of fire?
Personal Commentary: This ability is, essentially, a BFG-9000 from Doom, but in Deadlock Universe!
Do let me know what you think of this!
