Idea - A street gangster wizard that uses magic to crush the competition.

1 - Arcane Impulse

Fire off 3 waves in quick succession. Each one deals 30 damage. Enemies hit by waves get a debuff that builds up by 33% per wave hit and 10% per bullet hit. At max build up it deals 30% of all damage taken while the debuff was building up. Heal for 75% of this damage vs Heroes.

1 - Each Wave decreases enemy Bullet Resist by 9%

2 - Get 60 Spirit Shield HP for 10s per Enemy Hero Hit

5 - End damage Slows Fire Rate by 100% for 3s

2 - Dueling Sparks

Target an enemy and fire two bolts, one red and one blue, that fight to hit the target first. Each one deals 45 damage on impact. Deals 40 damage to enemies hit on the way and marks them. The Red Bolt deals 75 bonus damage if it hits first and the Blue Bolt deals 90 damage over the stun duration if it hits first. The first bolt to hit stuns for 1.75 seconds. Stun Duration spread out among all marked enemies.

1 - +25 Damage on Main Target per Enemy Marked

2 - Movement Speed and Fire Rate are 30% faster while Projectiles are in Flight.

5 - +1.25s Stun and Slow Duration.

3 - Unbound Rune

Draw a Rune around yourself that rapidly Expands until it hits an enemy, then after a delay deals 120 damage and Silences or 3 seconds.

1 - Rune Gives Allies 60 Bullet Damage Shield HP per Second while Expanding

2 - Enemies take 60 Damage per Second while Expanding

5 - +1s Silence and Silence gives 80% Spell Lifesteal.

4 - Spirits Akimbo

Deal 120 damage to nearby enemies and gain a brief invis and flying movement buff. Your weapon changes to become a primary fire and secondary fire of the same weapon in each hand. Both can be fired at the same time. Both these weapons deal a flat 70 Spirit Damage per Bullet. Shooting heroes builds up a buff on you at 7% per bullet hit and 15% per headshot. Gives 15% Move Speed and Fire Rate per 30% Built Up. After full build up duration is paused for 3 seconds. Killing Heroes in this form triggers the initial damage and invis.

1 - +90 Base Damage and +4m Radius

2 - Primary Fire gains +17% Crit Chance for 160%, Secondary Fire gains +17% Chance to Silence 2s

5 - Heal for 250 HP per Second during Invis and go Invis for 2s on Full Build Up

1 - Can Reactivate while in flight to speed up a target Blue Bolt or Red Bolt by 50% and have it deal +30 damage.

2 - Movement Speed and Fire Rate are 30% faster while Projectiles are in Flight.

5 - +1.25s Stun Duration.
 
Changes: Revamped Dueling Sparks

Target an enemy and fire two bolts, one red and one blue, that fight to hit the target first. On impact each one deals 40 damage. Deals 40 damage to enemies hit on the way and marks them. If Red Bolt hits first deals 70 aoe damage. If Blue Bolt hits first deals 90 damage to main target over slow duration. First bolt to hit slows by 100% for 3 seconds on main target and all marked enemies. Slow Duration spread out among all enemies affected. Can reactivate while projectiles are in flight to choose whether to speed up the Blue Bolt or Red Bolt by 50%.

1 - Each Bolt Reduces Stamina by 1 on Main Target. Marked Enemies lose 1 Stamina when Slow Applied.

2 - Movement Speed and Fire Rate are 30% faster while Projectiles are in Flight.

5 - +1.75s Stun before Slow on Main Target.

1 - Power Glyph

Fire off 3 waves in quick succession. Each one deals 30 damage. Enemies hit by waves get a debuff that builds up by 40% per wave hit, 7% per bullet hit, and 18% per headshot. At max build up it deals 30% of all damage taken while the debuff was building up. Heal for 100% of this damage vs Heroes.

1 - Each Wave decreases enemy Bullet Resist by 12% for 4s

2 - End damage Slows Fire Rate by 50% for 4s

5 - +15% End Damage and +75% End Damage Heal vs Heroes

1 - tri-glyph

release three waves in front of you in quick succession. each wave deals damage and reduces fire rate. steals 1 stamina on heroes hit by all 3.

2 - dueling sparks

release two projectiles at a target, one blue one red. marks enemies hit on the way. first projectile to hit applies slow to main target and marked enemies. slow duration spread out among all enemies hit. blue deals damage over slow duration, red deals bonus aoe damage around main target. reactivate to speed up a target blue bolt or red bolt.

3 - unbound rune

mark your location with a rune that expands rapidly from a start radius to an end radius until it hits a target enemy. on hitting an enemy or reaching end radius it deals damage and silences enemies inside after a 3 second delay.

4 - spirits akimbo

go invis and change your weapon to a primary and secondary fire that is the same weapon in both hands with independent clip and reload. damage from these weapons is a flat spirit damage per bullet. these bullets build up a debuff on heroes. at max build up deals 30% of damage dealt during build up and procs initial invis on you again.
