Basically,idea for a character that lost their memory completely to some mysterious accident and now they try to find their memory and slowly understand they have power and by clues and associations with places they find their spells anew.
Idea is that character has charges for every of their abilities(ult too),and those abilities are disappearing completely if there no charges stored(making player roam to use and gain their abilities)
Every ability is powerful and has small cooldown in between(even ult) and they usually do different and at the same time simillar things to accoplish goals of helping team or damaging and being fun to play for player to not have feeling like they can't access spell that useful to them.
Enemys can destroy memory about abilities,but it takes pretty significant time.
