The most interesting ability in my opinion is the yo-yo. The idea is that as you move around, it's swinging around and flopping around on its string hitting and damaging anyone it bumps into. This should have a super high skill expression in getting it to swing the way you want. The 2 has a couple twists built into it to help you swing the yo-yo into your enemies.
The independent cooldowns on the damage amp from a maxed slingshot is to prevent people from being able to run around at max stacks all the time.
