Some thoughts:

I was a little disappointed at first when it was discovered that Drifter was not a werewolf and that the transformation ultimate was scrapped during his development. So, I decided to haphazardly create a design (in Microsoft paint) for what a future werewolf hero could be like.

There's a ton of different things that could be done with a werewolf hero, so I tried to do something a little different and make him less about aggression or melee damage (what people would assume from a werewolf), and instead a more ranged focused brawler.

This hero, Wilmer, is more of a "sophisticated" werewolf rather than a feral animal. He enjoys the finer things, specifically gold, which I think is a fun play on a werewolves' weakness, silver. Instead of a silver bullet, Wilmer uses a golden bullet to deal damage to his enemies.

I think I hit a good balance between build paths, you could go for a spirit nuker, gun carry, tank, or even a support build if you wanted.

The hero's abilities and playstyle are admittedly a bit simple, but I think this game could use a few easy-to-understand canvases on which to play the game.
