  • special characteristic: reload a single bulllet at a time. alternate fire consume all bullet to knock enemies away in front of her in a cone (force scale with ammo consumed (at 3m/s + (1m/s x bullet removed))).
  • fall off range: 22-48m
  • damage: 25 + (1.1 x boons)
  • alt-fire damage: 44 + (1.5x boons) + (5x ammo used)

3. abilities

1. speech blast
  • channeling, Airwave and her allies in a cone in front will be sped up if they move away from her all while enemies moving toward her will be slowed and take damage every second.
  • can move while channeling, while dashing pause the channel time. recast to cancel.
  • effects lingers for 1 second after leaving the AoE.
  • range: 9m (35 degree cone)
  • cooldown: 40s
  • damage: 40 (+0.6x spirit power) per second
  • channel duration: 3 second
  • speed and slow: 25%
  • tier 1: when this end, trigger loud mouth max ammo alt fire for free.
  • tier 2: -15 second cooldown.
  • tier 3: +2 second duration.
2. hype up
  • Airwave hyping herself, gaining bonus movement speed and slide distances.
  • duration: 4 second
  • cooldown: 15 second
  • speed buff: 2m/s
  • slide distances increase: 20%
  • tier 1: reload her gun
  • tier 2: gain 15% bullet and magic resist
  • tier 3: the closest ally hero gain this buff effects.
3. sonar
  • Airwave becomes focused for a few second, sharpening her hearing. any enemy hero that make noise (moving, using abilites or item and shooting) within a certain radius of Airwave will be higlighted for all ally heroes.
  • duration: 8 second
  • radius: 30m
  • cooldown: 45 second.
  • tier 1: while active: gain 15% firerate.
  • tier 2: highlights lingers for 6 second.
  • tier 3: while active: your bullet and ability ignore walls and terrain.

4. radio world
  • passive: spawns radios all over the map, they are indestructable.
  • Airwave becomes a living radio signal for a few second and enter the radio world. becoming invisible and untoucable but cannot see other units and interact with them while the buff is active.
  • interacting with a radio will end the effects early.
  • ability and item effects still work on her in radio world.
  • cooldown: 110s
  • duration: 4 second.
  • tier 1: can be alt-cast, sending targeted hero into radio world instead of Airwave. (20m cast range).
  • tier 2: +1 second duration, -20s cooldown.
  • tier 3: this ability becomes a charge ability.
 
Pretty neat, i also like lucio. Some nickpicks
The alt fire sounds really really fun, the ability to bounce people around is fun as but the scaling sounds high. Ammo is not a hard stat to get in deadlock, active reload, titanic mag would be the most criminal items on this character being able to do heafty damage and send someone to nardia, twice with 2 and thrice 1 and 4 times with active reload and is essentially un-counterable without good actives/abilities. But thats just a numbers game that sounds fine.
Ability 1- Sounds hard to use but i suppose thats the point, in lane players would just not walk towards you to which you cant really do anything about. If they're out of position then this is great, since you can essentially deny them from ever leaving but that more because of her alt and this is her main combat ability, the thing thats suppose to make you not just a big caster minion. When compared to kelvins ice beam its essentially worse in every way with the speed amp being barely a pittance. Has a crazy small range and requires teammate to be moving away with only 1 second linger. But really its hard not going the lucio route and just making it aoe speed and slow. I concede, I suggest making it an AOE speed but make it flat number rather than percentage and keep the moving away thing but keep the slow as a cone, also buff damage.
Ability 2- Again really weak, I get the gimmick, move quick to out maneuver and then bounce them forever butttt vipers passive is literally considered the worst ability in the game and this has a cooldown ontop of this giving sprint boots levels of speed and isnt even aoe till tier 3 on ONE HERO and sorry for the comparisons but paiges shield at tier 3 gives to 3 heroes and is actually good. But speed is quite possibly the scariest stat to give to any hero period, but if we're staying with these 4 abilities there has to be power somewhere, i reckon turn the buff into percent speed so you actually move quick and have the slide and speed scale with spirit, also make it givable at base so you can actually support your duo meaningfully.
Ability 3- When i first read this ability i was like wow this is really strong and then the more i think about it the more i go wow, this is kind of weak. A degree of reliability is something every kit should have and the fact that this ability is essentially a cosmetic buff to the enemies in lane and only actually kind of good in teamfights is hard to justify when the character is really gimmicky already. Im hesitant but i think this ability should have a 'pool' of damage amp inside of the radius which is split evenly among enemies inside with slight advantage to larger number 30%/15%/9%/7%/6%/5%. This is a really really strong thing to add so many not but i thought it was cool, maybe reduce the duration a bit if so.
Ult- Now this sounds cool as fuck, but also strong as holy. Charged 4 second full movement invisible ethereal shift with items, run magic carpet and you literally will never die ever, i think in its state its actually too strong for good players, this ability screams pro jail with how crazy of a bandaid this provides. I would turn off items and abilities for anyone but airwave and limit mobility. Let players be floating particles of sound and airwave actually gets to be herself. Also why would anyone ever use radios, if you're an enemy you can just listen to the enemies if you are chasing and if you're an ally more time invulnerable is pretty much always better.
Direction- This hero has alot of cool things but really needs a 'simple' ability in there somewhere, all my suggestions really just added power to try outweigh his weaknesses in just about anything that isnt teamfights but really this character needs to replace an ability with something that preferably does 2/3 things which is wave clears, heals or deals damage. The alt-fire could be a main source of damage but being at melee range is very limiting.
