[Hero Concept] The Suicidal Imp (it's unhinged, but hear me out)

Imps have invested NYC like rats and it doesn't matter how many you kill they always come back. During the war they needed cannon fodder, and who better than a few suicidal imps and after the war they became the city's problem.

M1: shoots little fireballs

Ability 1: Leap on an enemy trying to rip them to shreds, causing them to move irregular, does spirit damage and takes spirit resist. (debuff remover could knock him off)

ability 2: select an enemy, shackling them with fire that does damage only when they move.

Ability 3: [passive] build spirit power when taking damage [active] purge built up spirit power to heal and gain movement speed

Ability 4: Explode doing a mini nuke killing yourself but doing massive true damage, bonus damage for how much current health you have. (Upgrade 1 for this ability could be that if you kill someone with it you have reduced cooldown)
 
Unhinged it is just like old techies on the ultimate.

1st ability is fun gameplay wise. It reminds me of Jockey from LFD2 with the forced movement while latching them. Tbh, there is no need for this ability to be dispellable cause you are already risking yourself by latching to heroes.

2nd ability is where I would transfer the dispel from the 1st. I can see your vision of comboing both abilities and for me it makes sense to dispel this cause nobody wants to take damage when moving especially if its forced movement from the 1st ability.

The passive is alright I guess. While you can use this after the latch, its just a meh passive. Could be changed or would be good if it works with ult.

The ultimate is just bad for gameplay. There is a reason why suicide was reworked on Techies. To make this ult better is just follow the idea of reworked suicide of Techies as well. Works well with your passive and you are not making a 5v6 situation.
