The coat is similar to paradox or some other long coat, rat at the top has sunglasses on and a bowler hat utilizing a tommy gun or two pistols, the characters the faster they run the more they lean like a tower.

A pushback ability the second rat in the trenchcoat points a shotgun from the middle of the coat etc.

Ultimate Ability the trenchcoat opens and the rats unleash a waves of damage; maybe each rat does a cone that rotates, in a 360 at different speeds sometimes overlapping

The intention is mainly gun carry, plus this is New York.

wait if you make the mwobbly thats like actual gameplay thought it would make them harder to hit/headshot when strafing it could be such a neat idea for a tank

Believe it or not I thought of this; they would slow down to regular combat speed, even maybe during super fast speed the top rat of the trench coat is leaning back a little.
